#550 Three children

Request: Donations / Gifts / kind messages

This week, we’d like to help three siblings (aged 7 ,5 and 1) who lost their dad and ended up in foster care.

Their dad sadly passed away from cancer last year, and their mum’s mental health declined rapidly. They went to live with a family member while she got help, but they couldn’t care for them long-term, so the children ended up in foster care.

Their mum is doing much better now, so they will soon be moving back home. But while she was unwell, some things in their home were stolen and broken, and she can’t afford to replace them.

They were nominated by their social worker who asked if we could help to get the children’s bedrooms ready for them to come back to and make sure the rest of the home has the essentials they’ll need.

The children are so young and have had a lot of disruption. With your help, we’d like to do something kind to help them get settled.
