#486 Newborn babies

Request: Donations / Gifts from a wishlist / Kind messages

This week, we’re helping (hopefully dozens!) of newborn babies.

There’s a small Baby Bank in East London called Cornerstone that provides essential items for struggling families. One of the most important things they do is to give moses baskets and stands to families with newborn babies, so they have a safe place to sleep when they arrive home. They also provide breast pumps, which can be a lifesaver for new mums in all sorts of ways.

These are two of their most requested items but their stocks are running very low. If they run out, it means they will have to turn families away.

We’d like to refill their shelves and make sure every baby has a moses basket and every mum has a breast pump available if she needs it.

If you’re in a position to help, your gifts will go straight to the baby bank and into the hands of families who really need them. All financial donation we receive will be used to buy more of the items they need.

What We Need

1. Donations: We'll use your donations to provide these essential items for newborn babies being helped by the bank bank. 100% of your donations will be used to help them. You can donate online or by text using the details below.

2. Gifts from a wishlist: We've set up a wishlist with the items needed. To buy something from the list, just add it to your basket and choose the 'gift registry address' when you check out.

3. Kind Messages: To send a kind message for one of the families being helped by the baby bank,  just write a message in the form below (your contact details won't be passed on), or you can post a message to: 52 Lives, Life # 486, PO Box 3154, Reading, RG1 9AT.
